When i use l2 PHX for enchant with warehouse and i want to do it fast,i can't.It writes:Innapropriate to enchant conditions.I can enchant only after a while.Do you know why?

I'm trying to remove some IPs from my server's banlist and i can't.All time i get this error:Bad Filter[number]. Can someone explain me what the hell is this and how can i remove it,or anyway?

Ok,it worked but now i can't stop it advertise when someone reset his score.I found the rsdisplay and the rsadvertise commands,i wrote 0 but nothing.Here are some photos. http://i43.tinypic.com/6sqeja.jpg[/img] I would be grateful if u could download the photos and mark the things i have to change in order to stop the advertise.Or tell me the things i have to change. ;D

I joined to a russian server by mistake and from then,when i load to join another server,the loading screen(i mean below the bars)has a russian site and other shit.I can't add photos.Any idea how to remove it? PS:I have tried the uninstall-install but nothing.
