If you have played on official 3 years and know all about his features, and being developer in l2 project more than 1 year , then yes you can code instances , and all the features i said up working like official. The pack we use is not a shared pack , its a real job by us and we call it Official (like)

We never got something , exept the package which was 50% working , we created everything , the other 49% is created by us.

yes sure, in 01 of november we are entering hopzone and maybe topzone is not sure. (xtremetop100 site is bugged 1 month now , when some1 click in lineage 2 server , the system redirect him in same location )
