you whant to host it from your PC ? couse if you do you must download Xampp > http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html when you install it run the service from the Xampp icon go to C:\xampp\htdocks and paste the files there open your no-ip link and you are done ;D

imposible to delete ! its from client not from the server pack you can remove the kamael skills and then noone will play with kamael but you cannot delete the race :D
