Installation manual AMX ModX This installation is slightly more complicated not recommend for beginners. For those who want advanced headaches I submit brief. 1. Go to www.amxmodx.org and click on "Downloads". Download the amxmodx package for Windows, Linux and AMD64. 2. Unzip it in the directory module (\ addons \ amxmodx). If you climb through FTP, you will need to extract into a temporary directory (eg. The Desktop). 3. Go back to the site AmxModX the "Downloads" and download addonurile desired. At the moment available addons for: Counter-Strike/Condition-Zero, Team Fortress Classic, Day of Defeat, The Specialists, Natural Selection, and Earth's Special Forces. Make sure you download the package corresponding to your operating system (Windows, Linux or Linux AMD64) 4. Unzip addon at the same place as before. Should be to add some files in the installation location AmxModX. 5. If you use FTP, do upload the addons folder. 6. AmxModX should be installed now! You write "meta list" in the console game to check if everything is ok. 7. Now you can continue to configure AmxModX. Configure admin on AMX ModX To check your server for counter-strike you have to configure the admin (you put admin). This is done in very simple. Go to HLDS \ cstrike \ addons \ amxmodx \ configs \ users.ini, and go down the page to find a line "loopback" "" "bcdfe ....". That line you need to edit - or another exactly the same. Now, depending on the admin that you want to put. If you then delete admin on IP "loopback" and go there ip desired ;) If you want to put the name admin replace "loopback" with nick that and at the end of the string in place of "of" chicken "is". So, to explain a little: "loopback" "password" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de", where - "loopback" is replaced by the ip, name, or if necessary with steam id. - "Password" This raises the password, if you wish - "abcdefgh ..." are levels of admin access - "of" the end are flags of admin accounts * Levels of access : a - immunity - may not kick \ ban \ Slay ... b - slot reserved - is a place reserved on the server in case it is full; c - control access to amx_kick d - access to money and unban E - Access to slap and slay f - access to command amx_map g - access cvar sites - sites may change the cvar values h - access to configure and - access to chat commands (amx_chat, amx_psay ..) j - controls access to voting (amx_vote, amx_votemap) k - access to password serverulu - can change the password via cvar commands (that can put and remove the server password in case the match example, when do not have to enter one) l - access to the RCON password and rcon commands via cvar commands m -> u are custom levels - for some spells that you want to create (not interested!) z - simple player - Warning! not pass the "z" for admins! * Flags account : a - disconnect if the password is not good b - to move the clan tag clan tag c - id pass steam d - pass IP e - not checking password To see what commands you give access to console amx_help, will appear the first 10 commands with explanations then you amx_help 11, amx_help 21, and so ... Attention! You should put all levels of access for all admins! Kittens for each admin levels which you have access! eg "clone" "" "abc" "e" .. * How to put a password on admin : For sure you can put the admin password ( "clone" "crazy" "abcd" 'a'). In this case as you can see the flag change admin account with "a". Admin will have to type in the console game, before entering on a server like this: name clone - and yes enter-setinfo pw_nebunul (where _pw can change any value provided it is published in HLDS \ cstrike \ addons \ amxmodx \ configs \ amxx, where the change line amx_password_field "_pw" - change "_pw" what do you only have the line in front, eg "_abc"). However, I do not recommend to change this line because it will interfere with you afterwards. If the admin console so that setinfo correctly, will enter the server with admin rights, otherwise (if the wrong password), the server will not accept the connection will not be able to enter the server with the name "clone" (can come with another name, but no admin rights). - Hope this will help you all that need search`d someting like this - (any question, opinions ... feel free to post in here ).

If you special on your PC for this whay you dont use windows service pack 3 ( 32 bit) all programs roll on 32) just a suggestion.

I`m soryy if this is not the propiet topic for this section. Any way i wanted to tell l2Max... admins that started (or if they did`t start yeat) a l2 server i sow a Tpic in this forum that you suggertate for our oppinons in order to start a l2 serevr . I just tell me oppinin here and let pll to comment, and whay not you Admins think about wath i`m telling here. K . Woot i suggerate for you guys (admins) if you could do a l2 server do it ch4 with No Custom. For server maintanance make donations but only for : char. lvl , subclass , noobles , accesories, and if you think about our pleasure and our pleasure on playng l2 and not at hte money that you will have from this server you could make donations that dont afect gameplay like . You could put rate of serevr 25x with Boosted zone till lvl 62 to go pretty easyy ;) in rest dont put nothing , put at the start of the game in INV of pll like 20kk if adena for a good play from the start , DOnations is you make safe enchant +3 or just lett it safe +1 (better me oppinion) make donations for armurs +6 and weps same +6 dont go higher that ruins the Game play you could rize money for serevr maintanance loocking for pll that have a good JOB ( with much money as a SPONSOR and money you will have from accesorys to and other things that dont affect game play dont do ANY custom just add all weps and armors in Sop not spoiler or craft because not all have spoier and shit like that ;) so all could farm you could make the farm for 3 items to be able to take armors and weps etc. you could make like far mto by for Stones (Red , Green, Blue and the adena to make a NPC so andea go exange in aa (ancient adena ) and let the game play like this with no modfication in time no need for that because in a good server players will still come . new pll and etc. and donations for maintanantce will coem to ;) . w8`ing your comments , This is 1 of me ideea for a perfect l2 server, i dont have money and special Knowlage to support such a ideea (concept) . me ideea created L2Xtreame server ;) 1 pit i let out of all this . - peace - EBy
