Will .com domain protect from server attacks???? No.... Only top servers can afford to have real protection from ddos attacks. There isnt some magical program that you can buy and protect your server. You need hardware firewalls to protect from serious attacks. How many server from advertised in here can afford that? Not many? Maybe non at all?

No need to farm mobs, no need to craft. Just login and Fight!!! All the players get instant 75 lvl, and they gain xp and adenas by killing oposite faction members. Players get aditional adena rewards if they perform a killspree's. Subclasses doesnt require any quests. Taken sub will be level 75 aswell. There's a faction shop implemented, wich allows players to buy various needed items (s grade to s84). They can get s grade items for free. From s80 grade the prices go up wicth each grade. There's also capturable flags, that gives your faction extra teleport zone and aditional adena for your kills. Friendly GM's will be happy to help you if you will encounter any problems. Use phpmyadmin or navicat to install your DB.

How do you install mysql? If you're using windows, then download wamp. It has apache+php+mysql intergrated. That should create a new root user with no password. Try that, if it doesnt help, you're doing something wrong.

Did you reinstal mysql ? If not - go and doit. Unistal it, delete mysql folder, restart pc and make an new clean install. During install it will ask you to create root acc.

You can only manage users when you're connected to that server. If you deleted the user that you are trying to use, then thats what happens. If you are using other then root user, then try root with whatever password you ussed. Default password is blank (no password) If that doesnt help, just uninstal mysql, delete all remaining mysql files and reinstall it again. This should create new root user.

It is remote server that you're trying to connect or it is in your computer? If it is remote, then you need to configure it to allow acces from outside localhost. If it is in your computer, then I gues you're just using wrong password for mysql.

Download any of those free shared packs and make out of it what I did here then talk. You wont find this stuff anywhere on this or some other forum. Most of the people in here doesn't even know how to start allready compiled server. Coding in java = imposible for them, but... for some reason they think that it should be for free. If you can make something like this, then go ahead and do it, afterwards you can share it for free... But if you're not going to do that, then please stay out of this topic with usseles coments. I've spent alot of time working on this project, and the price that I'm asking for it is just simply symbolic.

I used ideas from many mods. What I was trying to do was allready done so many times, so its imposible to create everything unique. I just did it my way. Added new stuff. Still have plenty of ideas, but so far no time to implement them. Waiting for my hollidays, then hopefully I will add some of those ideas.

Preconfigured - means that it is full ready to start server. No need to change anything. Just upload server files to your server and start it. Cheating prtections - it doesnt protect from everything. It just protects from boxing, trading other factions and other stuff like that. If you ever played on faction server, then you should know what I'm talking about.

I am selling a preconfigured and ready to start faction server pack. It is made on latest Freya rev. All the players has to choose one of two factions to fight for (Red or Blue). Each faction has their own safe base, where they can shop, buff, sell items and etc. When they'r ready to fight, there's a faction teleport waiting for them wich will port them to current battlefield. Each side has one teleport place to theyr base in battle. And they get additional teleports when they capture flags in battle. Flags can be captured by killing them. You can't do any damage to your own flag to prevent any cheating attempts. At the start of a round there's 3 neutral flags in each map. Once they're captured they change color to red or blue. When a players kills a flag he gets a reward of ancient adena, wich he can latter trade for some goods. All the players get instant 75 lvl, and they gain xp and adenas by killing oposite faction members. Players get aditional adena rewards if they perform a killspree's. Subclasses doesnt require any quests. Taken sub will be level 75 aswell. There's a faction shop implemented, wich allows players to buy various needed items (b grade to s84). They can buy b grade items for free. From a grade the prices go up wicth each grade. Also implemnted scheme buffer wich allows every player to create buffs schemes. Another feature is NPC wich shows players pvp rankings. You can view who has most kills during current round and who hast most pvp kills overall. I added some protections from cheating. Players wont be able to trade with another faction. Same goes for shops, clan, party invites. If a player kills another player with same IP adress, he gets no reward. You cannot attack player or his pet from same faction. Currently there's 5 maps implemented (Dragon Valley, Giran Town, Gludio Castle, Ruins Of Despair, Underground Coliseum). Each round lasts 45 mins. After that all the players can vote for next map. New maps can be added easily. When a players joins a battle, he gets a red or blue circle around him (like in duels) to represent his faction. When players leaves battle and goes to safe base that circle is removed. Thats some features of the server that I'm selling. I was building it for myself, but unfortunately I wont have time to run it. If Anyone is intherested in continuing this project, please contact me. OutOfMemoryError That should say everything... Check login server setting aswell, maybe login is using 1gb of ram aswell. Write "top" and you'll see how much free memory left.

in database find that npc and change serverSideName to 1. If you want custom title - serverSideTitle = 1 aswell.
