hmmm strange, I checked it yesterday and I am 100% certain it said 650 RUR. If I check today it says: Change Email: Стоимость смены привязки почтового адреса = 335 RUR. Выбирайте персонажа, на этом аккаунте, на котором есть данная сумма в RUR. No idea what the Russian parts means but I guess it means it will cost you 335 RUR.
