I think rate has nothing to do with how long will server be alive.

That's true, but russians servers are almost the same, maybe worst, you just don't know. The only + of russians servers is more players (considering they have their online counter x2), there are still lot of russian players.

Why do u think? There is no-international gracia final server. Everyone is playing on russians one and complaining about it.

I don't know why u comparing 3x to 20x (it's really for different ppl). 800~ ppl online is nice for start, hope there will come more clans and players.
