Επίσης, το ότι το torrent που κατεβάζεις έχει συνολικά πολλούς seeders δεν πάει να πει πως εσύ είσαι συνδεδεμένος με όλους τους seeders και επομένως δεν έχεις την μέγιστη ταχύτητα λήψης. Όσο για το l2 client από που το κατέβασες(link);

Check if the MySQL service is running on your box. On command line: services.msc Search for "MySQL" on field "Status"...
