How to make a C3 server in 5 minutes !!

hi guys! i got this when trying to start the server: "Connecting to login on 127.0.0.1:9014 Discinnected from login Trying to reconnect" it repeats many times and the server doesant star. Can someone help :) Tks and good work anyway!
