Constant management of every trade.. For example, the trades should be like: [ONGOING]WTS Shits for 25 euros @paypal. If the trade is successfull the mods will edit it to: [TRADED]WTS Shits for 25 euros @paypal. - Successfully traded. Plus, after 3/4/5/23456789 successfull trades, user shall get an award that CANNOT BE DONATED!

My point is, try to make maxcheaters active from first section to teh last...no matter what it costs!

1 and 3... I really think it's not about mods. If you are active 20-30 mins per day it's gonna be alright. Also think about the old staff system.. Bleed to get in, get out for minor things. The staffers were better back then. Also, week of death (activity counter) twice per month...
