No npc buffer u think that will take the balance like that ppls just will make bots for buffs and done :S but becouse i dont like to make bots gl with your server

not balancd other already have that item fro stuck sub what a niewbie gona do ?buff slot low coz there is stuck sub and the triger cartification skills so u want like 5 or 6 more buffs.
