Hi all , i have a problem when i try to use L2phx it dont work and they told in the logs that newxor.dll library not found or blocked by another application. When i saw in L2phx folder, there was not newxor.dll, what can i do ? plz help I've tried to download it and it in the folder but it's the same Phx dont work

Just one question, if ofr example i use L2phs the last version in a c4 or c5 or interlude server, could it work easily or not ? Thx
