use utx fixer and open the lineagearmor_clear.utx using utpt editor , and choose the one that has .tex behind it , right click , show texture and export as dds or other file format a reference for basic texture modding http://www.sexyracing.com/lineage/l2howto/

what are you trying to do? are you trying to open the texture, or you try to import back the texture into l2's utx files , explain your problem briefly so we dont playing in the dark figuring out what is the problem you cannot see the texture because you are not opening the "clear" utx files

1.decriptt the utx files using l2decript 2.use utx fixer 3.open using utpt 4.edit 5.to import back make new texture utx using unreal editor 6.use l2encdec to encript to whatever l2 version example: gracia , hb, interlude 7. enjoy

use dstuff texture fix software, and open it with utpt. Unreal editor wont read utx from kamael ,hellbound or gracia, hope that helps
