dont take supplement my friend...i play basketball in Aris and also i am an MMA fighter...i am just 16.5 years old and i know this road very good ...i have asked a lot of teachers and coaches and they all said only protein if you want to take something,but that is also not necessary...look.make a good healthy programm of what you will eat,which will be rich in carbohydrates,proteines,bitamines etc... and you will be okay :) Think this:I give you a stake with 1000 proteines and a water with supplement of proteine with 3000 proteines.What would you choose for your own good?(these are just examples) .so my point is...real food and healthy food is really better and healthier and it will also quarantee you a better and long way of life :)

I wanna ask you something guys...which is the best chronicle and which pack to open a server in these days?i also wanna know which pack is the safest to have pretty stable server and good protected?i would like to have a good protected server so it would be hard to get crashed by a hacker or exist bugged players... thank you :)
