Hello - I downloaded this game on Tuesday - but I've yet to be able to log in on IOS. I tried logging in via Facebook and my Apple ID, but a blank white screen pops up. I think it is trying to access an NCPlay account, which I cannot make.
I reached out to Lineage 2 support, as Lineage 2M's support website to "submit a ticket" does not work on PC or mobile because you need to log in, which you cannot. Unfortunately the support just told me to use the website that doesn't even work for help, even though I just stated it doesn't work. They sent me to the very website I told them wasn't working, which is frustrating.
I read in the past that they sometimes close off people making new accounts. Is that what is happening?
