Help L2 IL PTS BBS Customization

Hey, guys! My research gives nothing. I'm trying to start to customize BBS, I'd like to make there shop, teleport, buffer. But i can't find any information about. Which tables in SQL to use, which html files. Maybe you have some links, articles, that's would be verey helpful. Thanks!
