hmmmmm,but i remember in interlude server you can root alot mobs, but not max 10 mobs per skill...?

Helloo guys,i have question it very big discusion now in server.... in Interlude chronicle Roots/debuffs/mages skills have count or no? like overlord root 10 mobs max per cast,aura flash max hit 10 mobs? because i remember that overlords can root without count,same to mages skills in Interlude L2OFF files. Thanks for answers!:)

Hello i started to test Lineage 2 off server,and i noticed that then you casting a skill for example like Sorcerer prominence,first spell its castings fast but second one and later ones its slower,but then you starting a little bit moving casting normal agian,so my question, does this thing is a bug? or its feature from official and legit? because its a bit annoying,and if its legit why they done like this? ;D Thanks for answer :)
