Ok i got some oppinions , at least i got an image right now , of what i would like to create . So if i understood correctly , l2off are for low rates servers and not really costums , and L2J are those who usually ppl open like fast pvp server with random costum armor's ? To be honest i'm going to buy some kind of pack , and MAKE some changes,. Im gonna spent a lot of time for this i know , but anyway i wanna try . Those days everyone open fast pvp server to earn money , i want to open for at least 1/2 years . You can judg me ofc , no way that anyone wont do that . So at least after some answers, i got some ideas what type of server i would really like to make , so thank you everyone , really glad that this forum help with some answers when someone need them ) Maybe if someone of you got some examples of good L2Pack , or l2files could share with me , anyway im going to search on my own , in MXC , but ofc you guys know something more that me , and would be nice some suggest ) Thanks

Everyone greetings , i decided to make a discussion about Lineage 2 . In the future im going to create a Team of developers , and we gonna try creating something new in L2 . My points is that , i've decided to ask you everyone your opinions about Lineage 2 rates/ gameplay / everything you could say about L2, what would you like to see inside a server , and what kind of game play would you prefer log to play . My points is that i wanna gather some opinions , and after that make a desission start to create L2Files with a team . I want to create a sever that everyone of you would like to play in the future , and my point is not creating it for money , i want to create it bcse i like L2 since , i've playing it since 2006 and it's really cool game , but since then , all server's that i've logged in to play, are really crap , all want to take some money , close it , and re-open it again to take money again . My mission is opening it for me first , and for players that love lineage . So , dont get borred please and post some answers , i really wanna gather opinions of you guys , what would you really prefered to play in the future , and what kind of rates/items/ whole server system / etc , would you like to see in-game. Im 25 years old guy from Ukraine , and i've thought why not to create a topic asking from people they're thoughts and maybe someone intrested of my proposition? :D What's the point , i have realy strong PC right now , and some days ago i've spent trying to create / editing l2files to open a L2J Server. I've succed btw ;D , but im low experienced on that , because ive started learning Java only right now , so that my point. If you guys , any of you intrested of opening a L2J or L2Off server , we could talk about. Im intrested of creating one , not for fun , im able to pay for it if it needs to , but i need skilled Team to help me out , so if anybody want to , im waiting a pm or answer on the topic , thanks ) Btw , i've playing Lineage 2 since 2006 , so i now many staff , my 1st server was e-globab and bnb if someone remember , so im kinda old school guy haha ) Regards Corv.

i got it , thanks a lot . The problem was that i've skilled a little , i mean i can open Notepad ++ and edit some staff on my own , but i seriously couldnt find out even the GM shop , now im reading about how to create own NPC etc. Btw thanks for the answer . How about other servers that posted in forums/websites . For example when i've downloaded Acis project i have x3 files Datapack/gameserver/mmcore So i figure out after some hours how to work a little bit with then , and compile them on the Eclipse. But btw if i wanna download other files like this for example how can i get those files and make them into a server ? I'm searching for info in google , but ready hard to find some excplanation of what i have to do with files like that to open the server ?? People posting in internet some files like that , but no idea how to work with them , so that's why im asking . Thanks again.

So hello guys , in this topic i wanted to ask for some help because im a newbie in Development , and im just starting . I've downloaded L2Acis pack , and all files . After 20 minutes i've opened the server , and i was inside . The problem is that i can't figger out how to edit NPC's , because in my database on mysql i dont have any table named npc's or something , just got them on xml and that it's. The truth is i can't even find the gm shop ID , or npc in that files . I know that those are newbies questions , but i hope someone explain me how to work with them , because i've spent a lot of time on google and on MXC to find out something like that , and star work , but i can't found nothing where i could read how to work with NPC , spawn them , edit them , and btw i dont have nothing in my DB . Even i got the files there , and i dont know where to find them . I think that all skilled people here knows what are in mysql file of L2Acis , but if u need a photo , ill give ya . Hope to help me someone ) thanks !
