I understood, usually there are about 30 Real player , ppl want to find a server already populated but It is not easy without someone still remains before leaving. There are incentives for player n clan and hope that the server grow up with a lot of clan :)

Incentive for player and clan !!! If is your first account you can ask to gm to give you lvl 52 and equipe b grade. Clan with almost 10 player ? Ask clan level 5 , 50kk adena n 30 vote coin.
