Help How to insert Java changed code in to the server

I did do that and it gave me an error i couldn't log , and yes i have database changes ..a lot of them -
Hello i wanna ask when we change a java code or we make a new class , how we can after insert it in to the server without changing anything ? {Example} "I mean if you have already have make some changes and put some custom items , and now you have put a new custom pvp zone or a new code, in your java files and you wanna insert it in to the server without changing or missing anything"
