You were right. it seems users with higher access lvl than 0 should be mentioned there BuilderAccountIdList=0 Thanks a lot. -
L2Server console receives following error: [CBuilderCommand::ValidateBuilder] Not authorized user have builder rights[1] - User[charname] AccountId[1]
