cant inject into process it says process is not found, run game first while i am running it! please help!!!

to me it doesnt find the process when i try to inject it and when i try to run&inject i get an error saying [Launcher error] An error has occured. Please restart the launcher.If this problem persistsm please contact Customer Support at http://us.ncsoft.com/en/support/. E03001
