Help Opening Utx Files With Unreal Ed

http://rghost.net/60167052 looks like something wrong with L2UI i can open any other utx file but not l2ui i downloaded another L2UI but still same problem i edited l2ui month ago without any problems -
i want to open L2UI.utx with unreal ed i decrypted it with l2decrypt but when i try to open im getting this error http://prntscr.com/5p2ow1
