extract is somwhere (w/e you want it's not problem) then open eclipse go to package explorer -> right click -> new -> other -> project -> next

 
remove "tick" from Use default location and on location: click Browse find your source write a name on project name

 
and then click finish

go to your client files and find inside the folder l2text the file with name server_help.htm and change it with your needs 

download this system cause i can't find any problem on your configs/ipconfig so maybe it's from your patch.

yes it's possible!
the only think you have to do is to copy your gameserver folder and rename it to gameserver2 for example and copy it inside on your server files!
then register 2 game servers you will put the 1st server hexid inside the gameserver/config and the 2nd server hexid inside the gameserver2/config and that's all..
you can set up rates/feautures etc from your gameserver files and you can make w/e servers you want!

take this patch you will don't have any problem!
also i change the ini to 127.0.0.1 so just extract it in your lineage 2 folder and you will don't have any problem.

you didn't install java or you didn't add the java paths
