Did they release a working patch for win8?

posted in the other thread too but seems like they don't really care :)

need a working patch first, for win 8 I mean

I use WIN8, and download ofc patch for win8 and got CRASh in start like THAT info

Using Win8 also, and have the exact same problem like you. Weird thing is only on some servers, I just ran 2 other server patches without any problems at all.

Can't figure out what the problem is,none of the solutions online helped me either..
