So, yes i need a patch with system,systexturex to join my server, i got a l2j FROZEN pack with custom shits, i modified the .ini file i log in my server but i dont see the npc's,items,mobs (all custom shit) so my question is how to get a patch? what program i need to make it? (sorry for my bad english)

I just opened a lineage 2 Interlude server and i need some assist with it.. the problem is that the server is on russian and i wanna change the language to english and i dont know how -.- i searched in google and in some forums and i cant find an answer.. Can someone PLEASE help? :)
