tower can be enchant like l2net?

im played mor than 4 hour and im id only 1 weapon +16 and 3 milion s cry.. ..maybe im unlucky but its a forum for 3rd profram users, if u dont want to help me dont write here plx i yust want to enchant with l2net but ihave got login problems with it but idk what.
