your configs are ok. you need to open 2106 , 7777 ports via your router. also close your windows firewall (isnt matter sometimes)

it have many problems. 1) it dont change color every X seconds/minutes. It stay at one. 2) if admin give you donator status, someone need to use a buff to you....else your color name will not change. 3) if you want your color to change at next one...some1 need to buff you again. 4) we got 2 chars. Char1 and Char2. Char1 is donator. Char1 have blue name on his screen but if you change screen on Char2 you will see the name green.
