I Think i got it but my patch when i apply it where should i apply it?in gameserver or where?

I would like to add a fully working fun engine to my server. It includes TVT engine VIP HIDE AND SEAK and a CTF I already have downloaded the files but i don't Know how to install them. Ive talked to a few other people about it and they say i need eclipse to apply the patch. But how do i actually instal them?

do i need adobe photoshop for this to work? if so where can i download it?

i ended up editing it my self but thx for the help

that didn't work... Well actually most of the buff times worked just the ALL buffs fighter buffs and custom buff options didn't work along with about 2/3 of the choose buffs. I try to do it and the buffer says script error and i don't know how to fix it? can someone plz just post there skill files with a bufftime of an hour or more plz

i don't know how to do that. But IF anyone has a skills folder with 1 hour bufftime can they plz post a link to download PLZZZZZ

no not a community bord but like a picture or banner for the server like a welcome sign that loads up on the characters screen that they can close

IS it Possible so that when people logon to my server for there to be a box that automaticle pops up and shows alike a Banner for my Server? if possible how hard would it be to make? thx for the help
