The xp gain will be roughly 1 bil+ hourly (base) add your runes and stuff to that number, I recommend a 200% 7 day. I will charge by time, but obviously if you need a little more time to ding not a big deal, ill leave you in group free of charge. See Below for estimates on time to lvl.

lvl 93 to lvl 94 = 51 Hours (No Xp Rune) - 17 Hours (200% Rune)
lvl 94 to lvl 95= 60 Hours (No Xp Rune) - 20 Hours (200% Rune)
lvl 95 to lvl 96= 72 Hours (No Xp Rune) - 24 Hours (200% Rune)
lvl 96 to lvl 97= 6 Days (No Xp Rune) - 2 Days (200% Rune)
lvl 97 to lvl 98 = 12 Days (No Xp Rune) - 4 Days (200% Rune)
lvl 98 to lvl 99 = 23 Days (No Xp Rune) - 7 Days & 7 Hours (200% Rune)
