    Go to config/head/allsettings.prp and change this to 0: #Augmentation Active skills start time: time in seconds that the #players need to wait until an active augment skill is available #once the augmented weapon is equipped. After the first time wait, #the players will be able to use the skill with correct reuse time #xml defined. AugmStartReuseTime=0

    Did you added this to scripts.cfg in gameserver/data folder? If no did you tryed to reload script custom?

    You need to edit skillgrp in your system folder.

    Just make this config true. AllowClassMasters = True It's located on ../configs/allsettings.prp , on Frozen ../config/head/allsettings.prp
