You call this balance ? I mean wtf are you retards ? 4 hours Angelic Icon ? 4 hours Deflect magic ? WTF ? 35 buffs ? you want tank to rape everything ? And what is with that shit buff protection ? PvP is also about using your brain not just pressing F1 like a retard. Balance : reworked all classes > maybe some details about what and how.

Your footer should be golden or light green. In order to have a better contrast the gray background needs to be darkened a little (like 20% - 30 % should be ok, simple PSP) Your login box is to high. Try to put username and login on the same row. Also add option : keep me logged for x minutes or indefinetly, if you can (or maybe you already have that one) Increase the dimensions of your tables (Top 10 servers, newest server, etc, those 4) with like maybe 10-15 %. There is to much empty space between them. The rest looks quite OK. Hope I was helpful :D P.S: Don't change main design very much, it's quite elegant and clean this way. You don't want a bling bling site.
