i really wonder why admin is fooling people by saying top ls chance 30%?? its not 30% i enchanted 50 TOP ls and got 4 skills gm is lowing rates so we donate 100%

dude you should do these things BEFORE u open the server now u wasted it close it and reopen it with another name just incase ppl join

server is fail as you see and in my post in their forum http://l2amelia.com/forum/index.php?topic=42.0 they fucked up things and they have no idea how to balance a server
