Added Character Transfer Rules to the Forum. 10. Added the Event-Vendors to purchase starter gear. (Located in Dalaran) 11. Added LFG Channel worldwide. (After Char-creation you need to relog once!) 12. Configured the Faction-cooperation function. Horde and Ally can now raid together. 13. Changed German DBC's to en_GB DBC's.
