My computer for some reason after isntalling any program does not go into start menu and does not create shortcuts.. I think I did it while using tweak xp but anywho.. Where are the exe's that the shortcuts link to.. I hope that makes since.. I am just trying to run the Enterprise Manager just not from the start menu.. and I cannot find it in the directories.. Thank you.
