There is no change log avaliable at the moment, since we changed our update system recently. It will be avaliable later. What I can say now, is that the lates version avaliable to the public was over 6 month ago. Since then, there's been a lot of work done. The english version of the russian partners page will be avaliable when I will be provided with additional material from them. About scoria: I am one of the Scoria developers at the moment, and there is a partnership between Scoria and L2GEO. For Scoria's clients, geodata comes with a 20% discount.
