We have changed the auto events times, so you know exactly what time they launch every day during open beta: TvT Auto starts at: 17:00 (5pm) GMT+1 CTF Auto starts at: 17:30 (5.30pm) GMT+1 DM Auto starts at: 18:00 (6pm) GMT+1 We have fixed Summon Friend skill, so you know get an "Accept to be summoned" message. Information about Siege testing: We will not test sieges during open beta, mostly because we need more players to make a "real" test. We can inform you that we're making good progress, you can view our changes etc on our forum. We still need to test: Siege Olympiad Events And we're at the moment working on making weapon/armor masteries NOT stacking, so our server will be even more balanced.

We're not that far away from live. We have a few tests to do, still have to test Olympiad, events and sieges a bit more. After that we're pretty much done with open beta, and we'll start to make the server ready for going live. The faster you help us, the faster you get the best substack server live ;)

We're at the moment building more features, fixing bugs and exploiting further problems. We have already fixed Baium's instance. Among other small but important bugs. Things that HAS to be tested before live is: Siege Olympiad Events Upcoming Changes/Adds: #The chance of getting an Active/Passive skill with your augmention is 10%. -Done #Epic Shield added, gives Epic Heavy set 40% Deflect Arrow bonus, and 20% to Epic Robe set. -Done (Will exist in the next patch) #Grandbosses under lvl 76 will become lvl 76. -Done #Craftable Potions (Greater Haste Potion & Greater Mana Attack Potion) Can only be manufactured by dwarfs (spoiled and crafted). #L2 Allstars Armory: Web based character look-up service to see other players gears (dyes will be hidden).

We're at the moment taking in any suggestions and considering them through out the head staff. At the moment we're fixing baium's entrance, baium's spawn location and also removing and cleaning our codes. We are also talking about the mastery stacking.. if they should be saved or not between the both classes. Well, we know that, how ever in the heat of the battle in pvp, having buffs like COV POW etc 4 minutes, creates a big deal for people, and by having most buffs retail time, it gives players more choices, to play both support and a damage dealer. We have already made all dances/songs 10 minutes. So that's a kinda big deal if you've played on a server before with retail 4 minutes dances/songs =)

Would be nice to have some real testers joining for open beta and search for bugs. If you got some spare time, please help us out. =)

Actually, my goal is Dragon Network style, except for those damn mutants, and more pvp. Also Dnet is very unbalanced so that's another thing we will always have as a goal. And we're interlude, substacks after interlude truly sucks.

Hehe we will advertise more for sure when it's time for live. How ever, more beta testers wouldn't be that bad for us =)

Lineage II Allstars - PvP Substack Race Only Alright so it's finally time to do the update. This will take a while because we're adding a bunch of stuff into the main server so the server will be down and we have no ETA (we will how ever get it done tonight) Here's a few of them, the rest can be seen in changelog. Substack system has been renewed! You can now only have the base stats of your base class. How ever, if you create a retail subclass, and substack it, then you can switch base stats between them. So be careful what class you substack on your "Main" class because that's the base stats your character will always have. All substacks has been deleted, how ever everyone who was substack has gotten 1 or more (depending on how many substacks you had) book of regeneration in their inventory. ____________________________________________ Antharas & Valakas are Fixed! We have rebuilt Antharas and Valakas completely, they now work as they do on retail without any problems. ____________________________________________ Protection added! We have gotten new and awesome protection against any kind of bots & dualboxers. You can now only run 2 clients per machine. ____________________________________________ Dances/Songs, now 4 minutes! We had a lot of people complaining about songs/dances so we figured we'll boost their durations 100%. ____________________________________________ Achievement System! A new cool feature for L2 Allstars, there is a new NPC in Giran that will give you rewards if you have what it takes for it, it might be a minimum of PvP points or perhaps you need to have become Noblesse in order to get the reward. True, but our community isn't that big yet since we recently opened open beta, and we haven't done more advertising than MXC and vote sites. Both me (Dorian) and BiggBoss has decided that we will change our core. Seems like this core has so much bugs, not just ingame but it’s badly structured, and it will take such a long time for BiggBoss to develop it into something good. So we have decided to start over, less bugs = faster ETA for opening up the server for real. This wont take long to start over, all the things we have to do is to make shops again and other small stuff. How ever, our main question is, shall we change something in the gameplay? For example, I personally want to make L2 Allstars to a Substack Race Only server. What’s that? You have 2 choices, either do retail subclass quest and have a normal subclass (like on retail). Or do a custom subclass quest, which allows you only to choose a subclass, although only from your own race. Then you will be 2 classes in 1 character for example Hawkeye + Prophet, you will have the skills of both characters, both passive and active. What do you think? BUG COMPETITION!! As you might know L2 Allstars is in open beta phase. That means that we are open for testing, after we have found and fixed stuff that is not working, we will go live (meaning that server will be online for real). We're short of testers at the moment so we decided to create a competition, person that finds most bugs until November 30th will win 30 euros! This is how you compete: Create a forum account where you create your own topic in Bug Report section. The topic title has to include your name and [Competition] in it. Ex Dorian [Competition]. This topic will be yours, if you have found new bugs then you need to post it in your own topic, do not create more than 1 topic for yourself! We have now launched Open Beta! To connect, you have to download our patch, you can find it in the downloads section. Open beta means open for testing, accounts are automatically created during open beta. You can not change your password during open beta etc. Open beta has 2 phases Phase 1: Level up as usual with our normal rates (45x), use our shops etc, so owe can see that the economy is working. Do important quests and stuff that HAS to work. Phase 2: Test the pvp balance, during this phase we will hand out our custom armors/weapons aswell. Test different characters skills etc. During phase 2, you can ask for free level up. Administrators will announce when phase 2 begins!
