This script is for bots.

ON *:JOIN:#: {
  if ($nick == $me) || ($nick == YOURNAME) || ($nick == BOTNAME) halt
  msg BotServ  SAY $chan Welcome $nick To $chan
  notice $nick mIRC Scripts by Lamar
}

Put it on bot's remote.
