[Tutorial] How To Make i Vortex?

Starting with a blank canvas and fill it with black. Next go to Filter > Render > Clouds:

 

 

Next you go to Filter > Pixelate > Mezzotint and set the option to Medium Strokes. It won't look like the picture below because I did this like 10-20 times to put more, smaller lines. Just hold Ctrl and press F a couple times until it looks like this:

 

 

Okay, last step. Now go to Filter > Blur > Radial blur and use these settings:

Amount=100

Blur Method=Zoom

Quality=Best

Then click okay and it should look like a vortex. I do this 2-3 times so it looks smoother. The more you do it, the smoother it is, but less color. You now have this:

 

 

To finish up you can add some color like below or do whatever else you want. Well, that's it!
