Modification Enchant When Enter In Olympiad

How can i do for that a player who enter in Combat during olympiad, will have all enchanted item decrease to +0

and when, he go out, the enchant came back???

 

I know is possible .. I see it on a server ( i forgot the name :/)

Or in altsettings.properties..

 

# Enchant limit for Olympiad battles.

# (Maximum enchant level allowed for an item to be equipped, -1 to disable)

AltOlyEnchantLimit = 0

... I'm naab, don't see this line...
