Make an English system folder

Hi guys I'm playing at a Russia server and they custom their server with  language so it's hard for me . Can anybody help me how to make an English system folder from the server ?

join Asterios network and dl it's patch

then connect via it in ur desired server(they are russian server but with EN option inside)

Change ip from l2.ini  with l2ini editor , if you can do this ofc
