Hi all , i have a problem when i try to use L2phx it dont work and they told in the logs that newxor.dll library not found or blocked by another application.

 

When i saw in L2phx folder, there was not newxor.dll, what can i do ? plz help

 

I've tried to download it and it in the folder but it's the same Phx dont work
