and easy enchant rate

I dont care about ppls bcuz i can give a chance to ur new servers....

Dont give here servers with 70-80% chance enchant....

L2Skyline is very easy :| has 100% on blessed enchants which are on shop..and they don't cost much...in 2 days u are full +16 ..how easier than that?
