Hello buddies,lately i decide to install my server's forum.Although,i had some problems and i couldnt fix them.

What should i add to these boxes?

Any kind of help,are accepted.

i have saved the message from company.

as i told you i made new db

when i had made my own forum i was using 000webhost.com (free account)

maybe its problem of your hosting company. i dont know..

maybe i am mistaked but i think there you must input the SQL info
