{HELP} Blacksmith Of Mammon and etc.

Can someone help me with 1 problem when i click on the one ot Mammon Merchant (blacksmith of mammon,mechant of mammon...) system message say "This Is A Quest Event Period" how to remove it pls help :)

That means 1 week Seals and 1 week rest..If you want  to disable the Seal Period from your configs and except that use Search in MxC..Someone already have share some options for that..
