About IP

i wanted to ask my ip is : 217.17.86.99 is this ip is external? can other ppl log in to mine server ?? or just i can play in it?? ??? ??? ???

You must go to C:/XXX Server/gameserver/config/server.properties and put there in external IP your IP. The default that you must see is 127.0.0.1. Well then you must open your router's ports.

sorry  iam relly big NOOB at this can you tell me what these ports and how to use them  i changed IP in external to mine

Hi juusts.. Go to there and you'll get your external IP, after, you'll go to the config into gameserver folder an searh server.properties and there you copypaste your external ip.. When you do that, the ppl could play your server =)
