[OOG and IG] Cant login on official. Cant open l2.ini

Hi there! Im using latest walker and waby for official server and i cant enter world:

05:48:27 The Server that last login is [09]

05:48:28 ->Enter Char[1][verycoolname]

 

After last line i got login button available again. I cant edit l2.ini also to make IG working.

 

My OS: windows XP.
