im sorry to say that but dev c++ is the worst compiler for c++ language the best compilers are visual c++ and eclipse

I agree to this but partialy.For me both Visual C++ (Microsoft) and DevC++ are great compilers.

devcpp is really old

if you don't want to use ms use Codeblocks it comes with mingw
