Well, its simple ^^

 

You will need: l2encdec and Photoshop.

 

1. Use l2encdec to decode Your stat login screen's (for e.g.: "sp_32b_01.bmp")

2. Use PS to edit "dec-sp_32b_01.bmp".

3. Use l2encdec to encode the "dec-sp_32b_01.bmp" back to "sp_32b_01.bmp".
