2nd- The second image shows the MySQL on the host doesn't accept external connections, run the Configuration again and allow external connections (tick the box).

3rd- The file status.php doesn't exist in the dir: templates/l2/bars/

i run run the Configuration but dont know wher can this allow external connections (tick the box)....

i will give you laiter now i instaling psc on  navicat btw when  i use Enable root access from remote machines must make up  password or can w/o password?

from wher im newbie i opened  MySql/bin files

i look on navicat Connection Informations and is Port 3306 is this?
